The Salon du Chocolat is the world's largest event dedicated to chocolate and cocoa and takes place every year in November.
The Salon du Chocolat de Lyon is a festive and educational show for the whole family with, alongside the stands, an exclusive programme of activities and events:
- Recipe demonstrations by the greatest chefs
- Chocolate Dress Parades
- Chocolate exhibitions
- Pastry workshops for young and old
