Cheesemakers, butchers, chocolate makers: these craftsmen and shopkeepers whose know-how has made the area famous share their history and secrets with you before inviting you to taste their little fritters during a gourmet stroll in the centre of Vienne.
The gourmet stroll starts at the foot of the Temple of Augustus and Livia. It continues with the meeting of three Viennese merchants selected for their products quality and their willingness to share their know-how (Maison Avenel, one of the last tripe shops in the region, Viennese cheese dairy, Panel chocolate shop). After this gourmet stroll, the group meets again to taste harvested products and the wines around the region two emblematic grape varieties: Viognier and Syrah.
