The Fabulous Canteen is an anti-waste restaurant in Lyon 7, located near the Jean Macé metro station in the heart of the Cité Etic Hévéa of the 7th district of Lyon. We purchase unsold organic/reasoned products which we transform into creative cuisine.
Our commitment: to purchase unsold food items (organic and reasoned agriculture) and transform them into creative cuisine, thereby giving them social, environmental, and economic value.
Prioritizing localvore, it's with our region's ecosystem that we concoct our recipes. Our reduced prices (for students, social minima) also allow broader access to this sustainable food.
The FABulous #zerowaste approach is comprehensive. Our furnishings right down to the plates are created from reclaimed materials, transformed waste, and second-hand purchases through numerous territorial cooperations.
Thanks to resource centers, antique dealers, and many companies involved in this regenerative economy.
It has never been easier to come together at a table while contributing to reducing food waste!
