Healthy eating at the heart of the Grand Hôtel-Dieu
Located inside the Grand Hôtel-Dieu, a historical monument currently being reconverted, La Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie will focus on culinary culture and the French « art de vivre ».
Headed by the City of Lyon, the Metropole and Region, this innovative project has been supported by all professions in the sector: agriculture, the food-processing industry, the catering trade and hotels, restaurants and tourism.
La Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie will open late in 2019.
