Ever heard of the ‘Praluline’? No? Then you absolutely must taste this colourful praline brioche, which is both soft and crisp at the same time – a true delight for the senses and taste buds.
This classic local treat is the creation of Auguste Pralus – owner of the eponymous patisserie and holder of the titles ‘Meilleur Ouvrier de France’ and ‘Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite National’ – which give an indication of how sublime it is!
Pralus also boasts a selection of high-quality chocolates and other delicious treats that will light up the faces of kids and adults alike.
