Caterers C Gastronomie and designer Claude Cartier have created one of the city’s most refined gourmet environments. Richly coloured velvet sofas complemented by dusky landscapes on the walls, and brass retro-style ceiling lights from Magic Circus (by Lyon designer Marie-Lise Féry), create a stunning décor.

It is as if you have been transported to another era. Forêt Noire serves chic brasserie standards, enlivened with some gourmet-bistro touches.
Modern, efficient and reassuring at lunchtime, the kitchen brings out the big guns in the evening with game pies, foie gras ravioli, veal sweetbread medallions... In perfect harmony with the setting.
Is there Black Forest gateau for dessert? Of course!
Breakfast is also available; there is a wine and beer bar, and a selection of dishes to take away, which would be a shame, given the beautiful dining room!
