Exclusive and unique concept in the manufacture and sale of Pavlovas. Dessert made with meringue, fruit and cream. These sweet and icy Pavlovas are made by hand, and can be enjoyed at lunchtime or as a snack.
A very light dessert made with soft meringue, fresh seasonal fruit and light cream, all accompanied by a suitable coulis. A veritable ballet of fresh fruit on a meringue cloud. Pavlovas are available in bite-size, individual or shared versions, real little pastry jewels.
You can enjoy them straight away, thanks to the specially designed dish.
All Pavlovas are made by hand every day.
