L’Artichaut is a 45-cover restaurant serving tasty, fresh and seasonal market cuisine. We source regional products from sustainable small-scale farms and create “bistronomic” cuisine.

The Chef and his team offer fresh, seasonal, market-fresh cuisine, making the most of local French produce.

Through a range of formulas, he takes visitors on a unique bistronomic journey, blending French traditions with exotic inspirations.

L'ARTICHAUT's young cellar contains over 150 references and 2,500 bottles.
Premiers and Grands Crus rub shoulders with wines from independent, passionate winemakers who know how to make their love of the land felt.

The environmental factor is also taken into account in the choice of winemakers, favouring those for whom ecological responsibility is not just a commercial consideration.
