Try the quenelle dumplings, golden brown tablier de sapeur, melt-in-the-mouth hot saucisson, or the famous gratin de macaronis. For something a bit different, you can taste one of the seasonal specialities, such as fresh frogs in a parsley and garlic garnish (absolutely delicious!), or discover revisited local recipes, such as the lobster tête de veau (a bold creation by Christian Têtedoie!).
