It is one of my favourite restaurants for a quick (but not too quick!) gourmet break in Lyon between noon and two p.m.
Halfway between contemporary fast-food and a tea room, in a bright and stylish setting, you can chat in peace and quiet at lunchtimes.

Special mention must go to the reception and service which are both attentive and friendly.

The modified light quenelle is served with pumpkin or poppy seeds, in a sauce or pan-fried, or in a salad, depending on the suggestions of the day.
On winter days (but not exclusively!), you can enjoy soups of the day (often organic) that have amazing flavours and are always delicious.

It’s delicious, light, always fresh, and you can even buy everything that you enjoyed to give to those you love!

Worth knowing...

The GIRAUDET soup and quenelles bar is dedicated to showcasing the collections and having you taste original seasonal recipes.
Come along and tuck into the quenelles made by Maison Giraudet, with crayfish, with pike, with truffles, etc., Nantua, tomato or financière sauces.
