The menu, created by Chef Guy Lassausaie and his two partners in crime, Raphaël Courtin and Damien Montereau, promises a creative dining experience with no frills. The seasonality of ingredients is respected and inspiration comes from the Chef’s signature style, developed at his Michelin-starred establishment in Chasselay.

Two set menus, at €55 and €75 (incl. VAT), are available for lunch and dinner every day of the week, as well as a selection of à la carte dishes. A set lunch menu at €42 (incl. VAT) includes new dishes each week, to offer diners a fresh taste experience.

The restaurant covers an area of 850 m², on two floors: upstairs is a cocktail bar, as well as a terrace offering a panoramic view and seating for twenty or so people; downstairs is a dining area, formed of a large dining room and two lounges, one of which is available to privately hire, as well as another magnificent panoramic terrace.

With a different decorative style from its parent establishment in Chasselay, and located in a listed building named ‘La Maison Carrée’, the restaurant Bulle offers a warm, friendly environment filled with understated elegance.

Like a bubble floating between the earth and the sky, Bulle promises a timeless dining experience!
