Smart destination?
It’s above all a friendly, welcoming, and fun destination. And Lyon’s certainly one of the most welcoming cities in the world.
Your Smart action?
Here at GL Events, we try to reduce waste by designing environmentally-responsible stands. But we also work on increasing waste sorting. And we’re very proud of this very clear positive trend seen for both the Convention Centre and Eurexpo, which went from -12, to -15 and now -20%.
Your favorite spot?
And my local favourite? It was two years ago, when the Musée des Confluences opened: I was sat outside the museum. The view was like nothing I’d ever seen, the sight of bridge after bridge over the Rhône: it’s absolutely exceptional, and I’d say that’s just as true for tourists as it is for locals.
