With its 207 housing units and condominiums, shops and public facilities, this area renders the variety of traditional cities through a complex combination of triangular shapes that make its singularity.
This project is the brainchild of Mayor Camille Vallin who wanted to build a quality popular neighborhood in the city center. The rehabilitation of downtown city project, enables it to be developed.
