Winner of blind tasting competitions at France's top wineries, passionate about the science of wine and its bottles, collector of vintage wines, we travel constantly around France to learn from winemakers about the terroirs that produce their wines.

We share our knowledge and love of French wine and gastronomy through a variety of experiences in the Lyon region.
