A blow to the heart 

This is what the past few months, which have slowed down the pace of life, putting the brakes on days out, restaurants, festivals, concerts, evening events and more, have felt like to us… 

So, we thought that this Collector guide might go a way to mending the heartache, by revealing some of the things that make our Lyonnais hearts soar. 

Here is a taste of the things we love about Lyon... Things that our team, as well as our dear local wordsmiths, and those working at our partner Tribune de Lyon, who have joined us once again, missed the most. 

We also wanted to add a dash of colour, so we met Orbiane of the association Superposition, which works to promote urban art and support Lyon’s up-and-coming artists. What a fantastic way to brighten up the city… and our front cover! 

At the time of writing, there are unfortunately still places that have not been able to reopen, including some of our favourite concert venues. We would like to give them all of our support here and tell them that we eagerly
await their return!

In this edition of Collector, more than ever before, shopkeepers, barmen, restaurant owners, chefs, artisans, activity providers, organisers and artists look forward to filling your hearts with joy once again.

Happy (re)discovery of Lyon.
