Discovering Miribel

In one part, you can discover the Dombes Plateau, with its farming traditions, terroir products and heritage. Stroll along the hiking trails, the evocative local heritage names of which are guaranteed to get you wondering about their origin: Madonna's trail in Miribel, the Fort trail in Neyron, the Arboretum trail in Beynost, the Sources trail in St-Maurice-de-Beynost, and the Epinettes trail in Neyron…

In another part, after climbing up to the crest of the hill, you can ascend to the sites of Madonna and Carillon monuments. At their feet on the esplanade, a viewpoint indicator will help you locate the various landmarks that make up the panoramic landscape, which extends from Lyon all the way to the Mont Blanc.

And finally, in the plain of the river Rhône, between the canals of Miribel and Jonage, the Grand Parc reveals its unexpected treasures, as it follows the rhythm of the passing seasons. Here you can discover nature, land and water sports, shows, artistic installations, and relaxing hidden spots… Take a deep breath, you are now entering the heart of one of the largest metropolitan parks in Europe.
