Assisted by Joel, our two Chefs are cooking recipes that have been handed down through generations, as is the tradition in the countries of Southeast Asia. On occasion, Tyuet Nhung takes the liberty of adding a few original touches to the desserts. The service in the dining room is mainly provided by Hadrien and Vladimir, two Lyonnais who fell in love with this flavoursome and healthy cuisine. Don't forget to ask us about the best wine for your dishes as we focus very much on that. Just come over for a culinary voyage!
