L'Ourson Qui Boit
A sought after restaurant
Does L’Ourson qui Boit even need an introduction? This is one of the most in-demand restaurants in Lyon, so make sure you book a table well in advance!
L’Ourson qui Boit has skilfully created a bold blend of Japanese and local cuisine. Light flavours are subtly combined to create a refreshing and inspiring culinary experience. What’s more, despite its success, the prices have only risen slightly since the restaurant’s opening.
As if all that wasn’t enough, a few months ago, L’Ourson qui Boit opened a cake shop right next to the restaurant. The chestnut cream and matcha green tea rolls, the green tea galette des rois, and the light red-fruit tartlets have whipped local foodies into a frenzy!
Once again, be sure you book early to get a table. (And if you haven’t, however, despair not: there’s always the cake shop next door!)
Rising with a smile on her face in the morning, always curious and enthusiastic to discover new places (and new dishes) in Lyon, Camille is what the specialists refer to as a « compulsive tester ». More partial to savoury than sweet (even though offering her a praluline – a delicious brioche filled with pralines – is a sure-fire way to get in her good books), Camille devotes herself body and soul to testing new food establishments in Lyon. Her radar for new addresses is legendary.
