This fancy delicatessen-bar perfumes the Vaise district with delicious smells of terrines, spitroasted Bresse poultry and excellent sourdough breads, cooked on the premises.

There is a fine range of French gourmet products and wines that have been selected by La Mère Brazier’s two-star chef Mathieu Viannay and Gilles Demange, a master of pâtés in a pastry crust (very fancy pies!), which feature prominently on the tempting shelves of this epicurean paradise, accompanied by delicacies such as Fallot mustard, Marc pickled gherkins, Alexis Munoz oils…

You can also sit at one of the long tables and enjoy very high class sandwiches, or platters of charcuterie and cheeses that you have chosen yourself, washed down with one of the many bottles of fine wine on offer.
