Overseen by Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie, L’Arsenic is a gastronomic establishment with a difference. It is both a restaurant and an incubator for young chefs.

Located in Lyon’s 3rd district, young chefs are invited to express their creativity and their vision of the establishment’s original, no-frills approach to cuisine.

Since the restaurant’s opening, Ryan Dolan, a young Australian chef, who was the first to join this original adventure, followed by Adriana Zafiris and Frédéric Chastro, have all graced the kitchen. The new chef is currently Benjamin Millard, who has previously worked at Sketch (Pierre Gagnaire), Benoit (Alain Ducasse) and the restaurant Têtedoie.
