The chef Audrey de Pouilly and her Head Pastry Chef Victorien offer an original menu in the Cuisine-à-manger, where starters and desserts are "surprises to be shared", served in salad bowls, glasses, small dishes and on cake stands…
The menu offers a choice of main dishes which are constantly being changed, with accompaniments, which are also for sharing. The cuisine is generous and inventive, and the views from the dining rooms and terraces are superb.
On Sunday evening brings the "formule de l'Ermite" fixed-price menu. This consists of a starter/main dish/dessert of the moment at a reduced price. Special menus are created for celebration days (Beaujolais Nouveau, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day and Easter...) A children's fixed-price menu is always on offer.
Private rooms are available for meals for families, seminars or special events.
The Cuisine-à-manger is open 7 days a week and has a private car park, access for persons of reduced mobility and free Wi-Fi access. The menu is translated into English.
