We are an eco-responsible craft ice-cream maker that serves ice-creams (gluten-free) and sorbets (lactose-free), as well as ice-cream pastries, made by us using natural, fresh and very local ingredients.

Whether you're a keen amateur, beginner or just a fan of ice-cream, Unicò invites you to enjoy a sensationally sweet experience. Make your own ice-cream with help from enthusiastic experts.
Two workshop formats are available:
- 2hr workshop where you make an ice-cream and a sorbet,
- 4hr workshop where you dive into their daily routine. Take a quick trip round the market, immerse yourself in the lab and then make an ice-cream and a sorbet, plus home-made Magnums! Yummy!
